Low Operation Torque Double Eccentric Butterfly Valve Disc with SS316 coated
AFC's Double Eccentric Flange Butterfly Valve (we call abbreviated FBGD) is a newly advanced design butterfly valve. With dovetail seal design with multiple raised ring and internal epoxy fixing, it gives more space for rubber extension and brings much less compression and wearing between disc and soft seat and prevents the seal to be pushed out.
With double eccentric design and soft rubber seal on the body, the operational toque is one of the lowest among all the butterfly valves and can be sealed in both directions,disc and stem are very strong without any deformation.
Using tangent pin to fasten between stem and disc gives higher strength to pin,no gap between pin and stem makes not easy to deform and no chance to leak from the disc and pin,the disc interchangeable as well
. The valve is made of DI body and DI disc.
